ENCLOSURES
Include with the application copies of official transcripts such as high school records, academic scores, grades, degrees, certificates, or diplomas. Transfer students should send official course desc. Copies of transcripts are acceptable at this stage and may be e-mailed. Certified copies will be requested during registration.

Applicants for Masters and PhD programs of study by Research must include with the application form a typed research proposal outlining their proposed area of research. Students may, if they wish, contact the academic research advisor for guidance prior to submitting their applications for Masters and PhD programs of study by Research.

SUBMISSION:
ALL APPLICATION MATERIAL MUST BE SENT TO THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE OF SAINT DOMINIC UNIVERSITY BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS:

1. Application filled online and the requested documents attached to the application or emailed to the Admissions Officer at: admissions@stdu.org.

2. Application downloaded, filled saved and emailed as an attachment with the requested documents to the Admissions Officer at: admissions@stdu.org.

3. Application downloaded, filled and faxed to the admissions office. Fax Number: 1 767 448 1608.

No fees are charged for the Admission application submission.

Prepare for a career as a Faculty member

If a student studying for a Master’s or PhD degree wishes to prepare for a career as a Faculty member, he or she may opt to the university Faculty preparation program which will help them to develop a successful teaching style under the guidance of senior SDU faculty members.

QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE FOR DEGREE PROGRAMS ADMISSION

1. Study the university catalog and decide on the program you would like to join.

2. Fill and submit the application for admission with a copy of your certificates, diplomas or degrees , academic transcripts and English profeciency certificates as applicable .

3. Receive the acceptance letter and check if there are any conditions or provisions for acceptance, sign and return the acceptance notification.

4. Satisfy the requirements of the acceptance notification (if any):
5. Proceed to matriculation by starting the initial registration, submitting the necessary documentation and paying the appropriate fees

6. Receive preliminary approval of the degree program courses or research topics and enroll for the first quarter.

7. Access the University Learning Management system and start your program of study at Saint Dominic University.

Admissions

If you do not fully satisfy the entry requirements, the admissions officer may impose one or more of the following requirements to proceed to enrollment:

Taking one of the university prepara-tory courses

Taking the university Placements test

Taking the university English Proficiency Test

Taking the university computer user test

If you are over 21 and applying for an undergraduate course, you may be exempt from satisfying some of the above requirements; please refer to the university catalog or contact the admissions officer at admissions@stdu.org for more details.
