Register
INITIAL REGISTRATION:
Students may register after their application for admission has been accepted and they have satisfied the conditions of acceptance (if any).
Initial registration is carried out by the registrar and the office of Academic Records. Every student is required to fill in a registration form and will be assigned a student registration number.
The main registration requirements are:
Certified copies of Certificates and Transcripts
Satisfaction of the English Proficiency requirements (if applicable)
Certified copy of Passport or government issued ID.
Passport size photograph
Registration form
Matriculation fee
Any requirements imposed by the terms of the acceptance offer
There is no need for the student to take any action regarding transcripts if the university has obtained any of the above directly from the relevant examining authority.

COURSE REGISTRATION
A student's acceptance into a class is contingent upon the student meeting the prerequisites and course requirements.
Once the registrar has verified that these have been met them, the student will receive a notice of acceptance into a course.
The confirmation of registration will include:
Course Number and course Name
Instructions for accessing the course through the LMS
Student course log on and password
Access and link to the orientation course
Instructor name, email address, office hours and contact information
Date the course will be available to access
The course calendar which includes where applicable, the dates of the tests, assignments, project, lectures, tutorials and exams.
A faculty adviser is assigned to each student to assist in course selection. Additional career and academic planning assistance is available from Student Support Services. Students may only register for courses when they are officially admitted to the University by the Admissions Office.
REGISTRATION DATES
Information on registration dates is shown in the university catalog . In exceptional circumstances, late registration may be accepted after the quarter last registration day. Registration procedures must be completed in order for students to be considered officially enrolled. If the student is on conditional acceptance, he or she must ensure that the conditions are met by the set dates.
PRE-REGISTRATION
Students are encouraged to register early for the following quarter to allow time to communicate with their assigned academic adviser prior to the registration deadline. The last day to ADD or DROP a course is shown in the LMS .
